You will be working for a regional contractor on a multi-million pound project, which will include some work across civils and new builds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
3. Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, andpliance
4. Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges
5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smoothmunication
6. Ensure accurate site documentation and reporting
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
8. Strong leadership and organisational skills
9. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
