Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager, based in Leicester. The Customer Service Manager will handle day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer support teams, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and improving service processes. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality and contributing to overall customer service strategy development.
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management skills
* Customer Support experience
* Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback and service processes
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
* Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
