Tasks
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, fixing minor electrical issues, and maintaining the structural integrity of the property.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential safety hazards or maintenance needs throughout the property.
* Assist with ensuring that facilities are in good condition for guests.
* Maintain the grounds by performing tasks such as landscaping, and cleaning outdoor areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
* Collaborate with management to prioritise and address urgent repair needs, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
* Strong technical knowledge of various maintenance and repair tasks.
* Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* Self employed or Ltd company with Basic DBS check and own insurance.
