Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bishop's Stortford. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, negotiating sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining a high level of product knowledge, following up on leads, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the dealership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
* Engage with potential customers and understand their needs.
* Present suitable vehicle options and negotiate sales to achieve targets.
* Maintain product knowledge and follow up on leads to maximize opportunities.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale follow-up as required.
* Collaborate with team and management to support dealership goals.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proven experience in sales and negotiation
* Excellent knowledge of automotive products and industry trends would be an advantage
* Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
* Basic computer skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver27s license
* Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Glyn Hopkin offer a very competitive basic salary and commission bonus structure which is uncapped.
There is also the option of a company vehicle or the option to have an allowance towards a vehicle purchase.
