HR Administrator (with focus on Payroll Admin Tasks) (Part-Time) Temporary until 31/12/2026 Location: Brackley Department: Agriculture HR Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 09:00 – 14:30) Salary: £11,583 per annum ( £14.85 per hour ) We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy Agriculture HR team at our Brackley site. This is a fast-paced role with weekly payroll deadlines where you will provide HR and payroll administration support, working closely with managers and employees at all levels. Key Responsibilities Administering weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and within deadlines Acting as a first point of contact for pay queries, resolving or escalating as needed Supporting managers with pay records and additional payments in MHR Managing the Agriculture HR shared inbox and escalating queries where required Coordinating new starter onboarding, including right-to-work checks and documentation Processing absence records and updating payroll and HR systems accordingly Liaising with HR Shared Services on employee changes and updates Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and digital files Updating case management trackers and producing monthly reports About You You will be a proactive and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate work.
