An exciting opportunity has come up for a Head of People for my client located in Dover. As the Head of People you will play a pivotal role in shaping their workforce strategies and contributing to the company's continued growth. This role is fully office based Monday - Friday.Who we are looking for:
* Previous experience working at a Senior HR level for a large organisation
* You will have experience of making positive changes within a company and managing that process from start to finish
* Experienced and proactive HR professional with an ability to implement risk management strategies for the benefit of the organisation and workforce
* Versatile experience in handling a range of complex people matters
* An understanding of compliance in relation to staffing and onboarding and how regulated organisations can maintain compliance throughout employment lifecycle.
* Hold a CIPD Membership (level 5 or above)
* In depth knowledge of UK employment legislation
* Experience in a regulated industry is essential for this role (Social Care preferably)
* Familiar with Levy and Apprenticeship schemes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
