We’re supporting a leading London-based hospitality group renowned for its vibrant venues, energetic culture, and genuine passion for people. The business is now seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the Head Office team and play a key role in shaping the group’s people strategy as it continues to grow.
This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment and enjoys building strong relationships across multiple sites.
The Role:
As Human Resources Manager, you’ll deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service across the group. You’ll partner closely with senior management and site leadership teams to drive engagement, support development, and ensure compliance with employment law and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR operations across multiple London venues, ensuring consistency and best practice.
* Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting a positive employee experience from day one.
* Drive engagement and retention initiatives aligned to company values and culture.
* Oversee training, development, and succession planning frameworks.
* Maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Ensure full compliance with UK employment law, policies, and health & safety standards.
About You:
* Proven HR experience within hospitality or a similar multi-site, people-driven business.
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
* A proactive, adaptable, and pragmatic approach.
* Genuine passion for people and creating a positive, high-performing culture.
The Package:
* Up to £55,000 per annum
* London-based (Head Office + regular site visits)
