About the job
We're looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious candidate to join our inbound sales team at Divert in Leeds. You'll be part of a young, friendly, and exciting sales team. No cold calling is involved, as sales leads are provided.
Responsibilities include providing fast quotes for customers, responding to emails, closing deals, and more. You'll be confident, driven, reliable, have an excellent telephone manner, and with a great attention to detail. On top of an annual salary there are bonuses for hitting targets each month and uncapped commission.
Divert Ltd is a waste management company in Leeds that provides a national service, coupled with our regional operational bases housing our well renowned purple fleet. We're dedicated to supporting our clients with waste collection, legal advice, and reducing their environmental waste impact at the lowest possible price.
Key roles
* Quoting customers within the hour
* Make notes on all enquiries throughout the process
* Responding to emails
* Closing deals and taking initial payments
* Dealing with customers on the telephone
* Undertaking other duties as appropriate to the role
* Using MS Office applications
Skills Required
* GCSE grade C (or 4) or above in maths and English (Preferred but not essential)
* Great attention to detail
* Confident, well-presented, and willing to learn new skills
* Reliable and a good timekeeper
* Excellent telephone manner
* Willing to go the extra mile
Salary and Benefits
* Salary – £24,000 with an OTE £30,600.00 with uncapped commission
* Supplemental pay – bonus scheme and commission
* Job type – Permanent/full-time
* Hours – Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm)
* Holidays – 20 days plus bank holidays. Additional holiday day after each year of service up to 5 years
