Up to £60k Vehicle Bonus Pension 28 Days Holiday | Location: M4 Corridor (Thames Valley) As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple live sites, delivering essential infrastructure upgrades across both power and water sectors. Site Manager Key Essentials: * Oversee day-to-day civil operations on utility frameworks (power & water) * Manage site teams to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery * Maintain and update short-term programmes with visibility on progress * Liaise with back-office teams on streetworks and permit coordination * Ensure RAMS and HSE compliance is maintained throughout * Manage materials, plant logistics, and coordinate site resources * Support commercial teams with early identification of variations and risks * Be the main point of contact for clients, councils, and stakeholders * Maintain accurate site records and produce as-built documentation Site Manager Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in utility civils (LV/HV power or water) * NRSWA Supervisor accreditation * Strong understanding of HAUC specs and reinstatement standards * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Proactive approach to problem-solving and site management This is a long-term opportunity offering great progression for the right Site Manager within a reputable contractor that values its people
