About the Role
On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected residential developer, we are seeking a Timber Frame Site Manager to oversee a quality-driven housing development in Essex. Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day site management of timber frame housing projects
* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors on site
* Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality and H&S standards
* Managing programme timelines, materials, and logistics
* Liaising with project and technical teams to maintain smooth delivery and compliance
* Carrying out snagging and inspections to ensure first-class finishes
Candidate Profile
1. Proven experience managing timber frame or traditional build residential sites
2. SMSTS and CSCS qualifications preferred
3. Extensive Timber Frame experience
4. Strong organisational and communication skills
5. Eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
