SITE MANAGER – LUXURY RESIDENTIAL – MARLOW

Zafiro Homes is a high-end residential developer with a reputation for delivering exceptional luxury homes. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our upcoming development of three bespoke homes in Marlow.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience managing the build of luxury houses from groundworks through to completion.
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium product.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations, RAMS, and health & safety compliance.
* Ability to manage subcontractors, materials, and logistics efficiently.
* Competency with electronic site diaries, programme updates, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Full site management including health & safety, quality control, and programming.
* Keeping an accurate electronic site diary with daily logs and labour records.
* Conducting daily briefings, managing subcontractors, and maintaining programme alignment.
* Ensuring compliance with CDM and statutory regulations.
* Managing plant, materials, deliveries, and welfare on-site.
* Creating and reviewing RAMS; conducting toolbox talks and site inductions.
* Maintaining up-to-date as-built records, coordinating inspections, and ensuring work is built to spec.
* Liaising with neighbours to minimise disruption and maintain good relationships.
* Uploading site documentation, progress photos, and reports to the server.
* Holding weekly subcontractor meetings with follow-up minutes and action points.
* Updating 12-week lookahead programmes and supporting procurement planning.
* Maintaining clean, secure, and organised sites, with a sharp focus on quality and finish.
