What You’ll Lead Setting the strategic direction for estates, facilities, compliance and H&S across the Trust. Ensuring an efficient, well‑managed estate that supports outstanding education every day. Driving innovation in sustainability, carbon reduction and energy efficiency. Overseeing capital projects, contractor performance and operational improvement programmes. Leading Site Facilities Managers to deliver high‑quality, consistent and reliable day‑to‑day services. What You’ll Bring NEBOSH General Certificate and IWFM Level 4 (or equivalent). Strong estates or facilities leadership experience across multiple sites. Confidence in compliance, project delivery, and contractor management. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels. Why Join Us?
