Reporting to Head of Finance and Operations, this full-time role will work closely with the senior leadership team delivering robust and effective HR, compliance, payroll and recruitment.
You will also have peer support from a wider group HR function.
In this role there is significant compliance around safer recruitment, so some experience in this, or a strong interest in it is required.
You will be maintaining and updating processes and procedures in line with government policy and compliance.
This is a multi-faceted role will have fluctuations in workloads and responsibilities due to the nature of the organisation, so you can expect no two days to be the same!
