What are we looking for?
* A business‑to‑business sales expert who can hit the ground running.
* A confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone to talk with both new prospective clients and existing ones.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to sell at all decision‑making levels.
* A smart business‑oriented individual who understands what deal structures and price points appeal to consumers, and can negotiate strongly to achieve great outcomes for the consumer, Wowcher, and the client.
* An individual with an interest in consumer trends and the types of deals that will perform best as those trends evolve.
* Brilliant objection‑handling skills, with the ability to anticipate queries and objections, gather the necessary tools and information, and build the trust required to turn them around.
* A self‑motivated team player who can exceed goals and revenue expectations, work on their initiative, and build positive and rewarding relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
What will my responsibilities be?
* Actively call targeted businesses with the ultimate aim of signing fabulous merchants.
* Create excellent pitches, presentations, and proposals, negotiating to ensure a mutually beneficial deal for Wowcher, the merchant, and our growing customer base.
* Provide clients with relevant information, especially in response to enquiries about products and services.
* Continually establish client relationships and build a strong rapport to deliver excellent customer service and further develop Wowcher's outstanding reputation.
* Meet weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.
