Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment Project (18 Months) Location: Sutton, South London Contract Length: 18 months We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale social housing refurbishment project in Sutton. This is a resident-occupied scheme, so strong communication skills and a considerate, organised approach are essential. Project Scope * Brick rendering * Roofing works * Scaffolding installation and management * Replacement windows Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day management of site operations across all workstreams * Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and suppliers * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards * Managing scaffold and access requirements * Maintaining site health & safety compliance and documentation * Acting as the main point of contact for residents * Proactively communicating project progress, schedules, and any disruptions to residents * Attending resident meetings and handling queries or concerns professionally * Liaising with the client, contract administrators, and project team Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on social housing or occupied refurbishment projects * Strong knowledge of external works, particularly rendering, roofing, scaffolding, and window replacement * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification (preferred/required) * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities For more information please apply within or Contact Aaron Billett at CSC Recruitment
