About the Role
We’re recruiting a Graduate Learning Mentor to support pupils who need help with confidence, coursework and general engagement. It’s a varied role where every day brings something different.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one sessions
2. Helping with revision, organisation and study skills
3. Building trusted relationships that support wellbeing
4. Assisting teachers with tasks that help lessons run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
5. A recent graduate who enjoys working with young people
6. Someone patient, reliable and approachable
7. Good organisational and listening skills
8. A willingness to learn from teachers and pastoral staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
