As Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a first-class service, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across the property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and effectively. * Support with health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and keeping accurate records. * Assist with the upkeep of communal areas, plant rooms, and building exteriors. * Work closely with the site team to ensure students have an excellent living experience.
