Capricorn are looking for a driven an ambitious person to join this growing company in the Project Sales Division.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process for Construction and B2B customers from enquiry, quotation and through to order ensuring we provide customers with excellent service.
You will be driven by aiming to secure high conversion rates through fast response times and thorough understanding of the clients requirements.
You will look to develop leads to their full potential and work on strategies to increase the number and type of leads.
Key tasks involve
* Responding to enquiries via telephone, email, web and any other communication platform used to gather leads.
* Ensure all details are recorded and systems updated in line with business processes.
* Work with the estimating team to ensure quotations are calculated accurately and to the customers requirements.
* Liaise with and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to obtain quotations for customers.
* Follow internal procedures for handing over secured sales to the Project Operations and Delivery Team.
* Maintaining excellent communication with other departments to ensure deadlines are met.
* Maintain and update performance figures relating to sales conversion, lead generation and other key metrics.

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am – 2pm.
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000/year + bonus/commission incentives = £45,000 P/A OTE Uncapped.
