We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive in Manchester to join a leading Housing Association, supporting frontline property sales across Shared Ownership, Private Sale, and other tenures. THE ROLE
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales performance across multiple developments, acting as a brand ambassador for the organisation.
* Deliver sales targets across Shared Ownership, Private Sales and related products
* Manage leads, viewings, reservations and customer engagement efficiently
* Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to progress sales
* Provide expert guidance to customers on eligibility, affordability, and legal requirements
* Conduct sales viewings, home launches, and attend promotional events
* Ensure compliance with Homes England and GLA guidelines
* Maintain show homes and sales suites to a high standard
THE CANDIDATE
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in new homes sales or a similar housing sales environment.
* Proven background in Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Private Sale
* Strong customer service and sales negotiation skills
* Experience managing property sales pipelines and progressing leads
* Confident communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to understand technical property plans and explain them clearly to buyers
THE CONTRACT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, temporary
Rate: The pay for the role is £20.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £17.16 per hour, inclusive of holiday. HOW TO APPLY
