Our superb client based in Wellingborough is seeking a Part Time HR Administrator to join the on a permanent basis for 15-20 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm.
As Part Time HR Administrator, you will support a very busy HR Manager and will be responsible for answering HR queries, posting job advertisements online and on the company website, arranging interviews, preparing contracts and offer letters, greeting new starters and being involved in the onboarding process, produce HR documentation, keep clear and concise electronic records, reference checking and much, much more.
To be considered for the role of Part Time HR Administrator, you will ideally have some HR administration experience, will have excellent communication skills, highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
In return, for the role of Part Time HR Administrator, our client is offering a base salary of £11,193 - £14,924 depending on amount of hours, 23 days annual leave plus statutory holidays pro rata, life assurance, pension and the chance to join a friendly, growing organisation.
