Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

Rate:£240 per day
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee activity at a Manufacturing Centre in Coventry. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and/or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) building environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Oversee contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to specification
* Maintain site documentation, permits, and compliance records
* Conduct site inductions and enforce health & safety standards
* Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Ensure deadlines are met within the 3‑week project window
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in warehouse or M&E building settings
* Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple contractors and tasks simultaneously
* SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid (preferred but adjust as needed)
