Catering Manager - Kendrew Barracks
£30,000 per annum | 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, leading a motivated team and delivering exceptional service every day.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding food and customer service
Driving efficiency across all catering operations - from stock management to budgets and action planning
Overseeing stock levels and ordering across multiple sites
Accurately completing weekly and monthly accounts
Carrying out internal audits to ensure compliance with company standards and legislation
Working closely with the General Manager and Military teams to achieve targets and KPIs
Spotting opportunities to introduce new services and drive sales
Acting as the key link between customers and our teams to maintain a high standard of service
Coaching, developing, and supporting your team to help them excel
Maintaining the highest levels of Health & Safety compliance across all areas
What we're looking for:
A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
At least 2 years' management experience in a similar role or sector
A strong background in food service operations and customer care
Great financial acumen with experience managing budgets and stock
Ambitious, motivated, and passionate about continuous improvement
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
