What You’ll Be Doing:
As the face of our brand, you'll play a vital role in growing our market presence and delivering top-tier service. Your day-to-day will include:
* Driving product sales and increasing brand visibility
* Building strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
* Promoting new products and ensuring standout merchandising and shelf presence
* Spotting new business opportunities and following up on leads
* Sharing insights on trends and contributing in team meetings
* Supporting and guiding new team members
What You’ll Bring:
* A track record of smashing sales targets with a strong customer focus
* Great organizational skills and a strategic mindset
* A keen interest in the food industry and understanding of market trends
* Confidence with computer systems and reporting tools
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and initiative
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience of van sales in an FMCG environment
* Excellent oral and written English language skills
* Fully conversant with MS Office
* Experience with hand-held technology
* A full clean driver’s license
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide market place feedback regularly to Team Lead
