Cook (Temporary) - 12 months Maternity Leave cover
Location - Westley Court Care & Nursing Home, Austcliffe Lane, Cookley, Kidderminster, DY10 3RT
Salary - £12.60 per hour, paid monthly
Hours - 30 Hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm on a rota basis with alternative weekends required
Role Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join us as a Cook at our Westley Court Care Home.

The key responsibilities of our Cook role at Coate Water Care include:
* Planning of menus to achieve and maintain budgeted food cost
* To carry out stocktaking and food rotation procedures under the instruction of the head chef
* To ensure that dishes are produced to the required standards of quality and attractiveness before leaving the kitchen
* Comply with the statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at work
* Preparation of food for special functions
