Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 1:00pm Friday

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Manager:
* Ensure the Quality Management System is compliant with company and industry standards
* Lead internal audits to ISO9001 standards, documenting findings and resolving any gaps
* Maintain and improve quality procedures to reflect actual working practices
* Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and systems
* Hold and document regular quality management meetings
* Support successful outcomes of external ISO9001 audits
* Ensure all equipment calibration is maintained and accurately recorded
* Manage and maintain the training matrix to ensure compliance
* Support the Quality Inspector and provide cover where required
Key Skills of a Quality Manager:
* Strong knowledge and experience of ISO9001 within an engineering environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Ability to manage audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
