 
        
        Alliance Quality Manager
💰 Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
📅 Ongoing Contract | Based in Huddersfield | Construction / Rail Infrastructure
Reporting to the Head of Quality, this leadership role drives delivery of the quality strategy across all Alliance projects. You’ll lead assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities — ensuring standards are met and exceeded across major infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Deliver against the TRU West quality management strategy and KPIs
 * Lead and develop quality teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
 * Manage audits, non-conformance close-out, and site surveillance
 * Use quality data to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives
 * Act as primary contact for quality matters across partners and stakeholders
 * Facilitate Root Cause Analysis workshops and quality training sessions
Requirements:
 * Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
 * Strong civils/construction background (Rail experience desirable)
 * Proven leadership and assurance experience
 * Skilled in audit management, reporting, and data analysis
 * Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office
