Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources processes, as well as proficiency in various HRIS systems.
Duties
* Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
* Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions.
* Maintain and update employee databases with relevant information through precise data entry.
* Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Assist in managing social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organising meetings and maintaining files.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.
Skills
* Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
* Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records.
* Previous administrative experience within a human resources environment is preferred.
* Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage.
