This market leading health and wellness brand is looking to hire a commercially-minded Customer Service & Sales Executive to join a small team and help drive revenue growth through excellent customer care, proactive cross-selling and upselling, and building long-term customer value.
The role
You’ll be part of a team that will be first point of contact for customers across phone, email, live chat and review platforms, handling orders and enquiries while actively identifying opportunities to increase order value and lifetime customer revenue. This role blends outstanding customer service with a clear sales focus — turning helpful conversations into commercial outcomes without compromising the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
1. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Proactively identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities during customer interactions to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Items Per Order (IPO).
3. Convert enquiries into sales by recommending complementary products, bundles, subscriptions and promotions where appropriate.
4. Set up and manage customer accounts.
5. Build rapport and long-term relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
