Band E Part Time Permanent 35 Working Hours – 52 Weeks per Year Required from 01 September 2025 Riverside Primary School The Governing Body of Riverside Primary are seeking to appoint a Part Time Site Manager. We are in the early stages of getting a new school building and are looking for someone highly dependable, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive. In what promises to be a very exciting time for our school, we need someone who has a good understanding of health & safety and a range of practical and DIY skills to join our school community. The position is to start from 1st September however if the successful candidate is available over the summer holidays, this would be ideal for a full handover. Responsibilities will include: Undertaking regular Health & Safety checks Responsibility for the security of the site Maintaining a safe environment for our children, staff and visitors Monitoring grounds maintenance Basic building maintenance and DIY Assisting staff when required Supervising the outsourced cleaning staff to ensure high cleaning standards Hours of Work Monday - Friday 7am - 10am 2pm - 6pm The above hours are for term time only, when working during the school holidays, a split shift is not required. This post requires an organised and reliable individual who is flexible and able to use their own initiative.
