Are you ready to take your career to the fast lane? Jaguar TCS Racing is seeking a dynamic Senior Partnership Sales Executive to shape our commercial strategy in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. This is a unique opportunity to represent an iconic automotive brand on a global stage, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and performance.
You’ll be part of JLR’s Motorsport Commercial Partnerships team, leveraging your expertise in securing sponsorships and activating brand collaborations. We seek someone with a proven track record in sport or entertainment partnerships, strong commercial instincts, and a valuable network. What to Expect
* Develop new sponsorship opportunities for Jaguar TCS Racing, engaging prospective partners and identifying strategic alignments
* Create and manage impactful business development materials and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects
* Deliver presentations to senior leadership and boards, ensuring clarity and strategic insights
* Plan and execute partner events and hospitality experiences at and away from race environments, in collaboration with the Motorsport Events team
* Work with strategy and consultancy teams to produce industry insights, proposals, and valuation of partnership rights
* Contribute to the evolution of the commercial partnerships model and go-to-market strategy for long-term growth
* Support contract negotiations, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Brand teams for seamless execution
What You'll Need
* Proven success in sports partnership strategy and business development, preferably within rights holders or agencies
* Experience managing high-volume sales outreach with a results-driven approach
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building effective relationships
* Experience in planning and delivering partner events, with solid organizational skills
* Ability to produce persuasive commercial proposals with market understanding
* Highly organized and adaptable, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
