People Advisory Manager (HR Manager)
Flexible location outside of London - hybrid working

Role Overview
As a manager within our People Advisory team, you will:
* Manage relationships: Model stakeholder management, build trust, and offer proactive solutions while managing key relationships.
* Lead impactful people experience initiatives: Drive engagement across the service line and elevate People Manager skills.
* Champion and oversee: Initiatives across the annual talent cycle, including performance and salary reviews, policy implementation, projects, and employee relations activities.
* Innovate and stay ahead: Keep abreast of market trends and research, introducing new ideas to enhance our people strategies.
* Manage and inspire: Take on people management responsibilities and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Candidate Profile
Minimum criteria to join as a Manager:
* Experience working with large, fast-paced organizations across different locations or specialties.
* Experience managing or coaching teams, fostering a thriving environment.
* Experience delivering people activities such as talent or salary reviews.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing key relationships.
* Evidence of bringing ideas or innovations to improve the people experience.
* Strong employment law knowledge and ER case management skills.
* Strong project management experience, including delivering large people projects.
Experience in professional services is a plus but not essential; we will support your development.
