Your role will include:
* Preparing and cooking nutritionally balanced meals appropriate for under fives.
* Overseeing meal planning, ensuring the children receive a healthy nutritionally balanced diet.
* Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy kitchen.
* Regulating kitchen stock control and collating food purchase orders.
* Meeting health and safety and environmental health requirements at all times.
You will ideally have:
* A current food hygiene certificate.
* Sound knowledge of food allergies.
* Experience of cooking for children.
* Proven experience and ability to organise, plan and cook nutritionally balanced meals for different dietary requirements.
* Knowledge and awareness of health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will also be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
Working hours will be approximately 9.00-2.00 but are willing to discuss to fit around suitable candidate.
