The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary from £26,500 with additional bonuses and statutory pension scheme. This is based on the individuals sales experience and expertise in the insurance industry. This role will challenge you to utilise your sales expertise and customer service skills, as you engage with both new and existing customers over the phone. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that will challenge, develop and reward you. Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Job Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - A minimum of 2 years proven sales track record. - Ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds. - Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent literacy and numeracy skills. - Ability to build relationships from the ground up. - Outstanding telephone communication skills. - Ability to perform under pressure while prioritising and multitasking effectively. Role Responsibilities - Providing quotes and successfully closing new business enquiries. - Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring client retention during renewal periods. - Re-evaluating the market at the point of renewal for existing customers. - Managing amendments to existing policies.
