Site Manager - Experience with sprinkler systems
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager, with a bias with sprinkler systems, to oversee and coordinate mechanical subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors on‑site
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and trades
* Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
Requirements:
* Proven experience supervising sprinkler system installation and mechanical works on construction sites
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good understanding of sprinkler systems
* SMSTS/SSSTS and EL1 security clearance (preferable but can be provided)
