One of our clients is in search of a skilled Assistant Site Manager to take charge of internals and site operations works on a MOJ site in Hereford.
We are seeking an individual that is capable of management and coordination of a modular build project installation. Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
This project is 6 months starting in May 2024. You will work with a team to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
* Managing the health and safety on site
* Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
* Overseeing internal and externals works
* Manage the quality of completed works
* Conduct regular subcontractor meetings
* Liaise directly with Project Manager and other Site Managers
* Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
* Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
* Oversee general dayto-day operations on the construction site
Requirements:
* Have a CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID
* Minimum 3/4 years experience site management
* BPSS certified would be desirable
* Ideally from a strong internals background
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
* Proficient in MS projects
