Our exclusive members’ club continues to grow, and we are now looking for passionate and driven Personal Trainers to join our team. The role. This role is ideal for a reliable and enthusiastic PT looking to work within a premium hospitality and fitness setting, playing a key part in the member experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver a variety of group fitness classes to suit different abilities Carry out professional, informative, and welcoming inductions for new members Act as a key point of contact on shift, ensuring all members feel supported and engaged Proactively interact with members on the gym floor, offering guidance, motivation, and basic coaching Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the gym and studio areas Support the wider leisure and spa team to create a seamless luxury experience Assist with member retention by building rapport and encouraging ongoing participation What We’re Looking For: Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential) Confident in leading group exercise classes Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach A proactive attitude and willingness to go beyond basic duties to enhance member experience Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Availability to work set days, including potential weekends What Makes This Role Different: Working at THE NICI isn’t just about delivering sessions — it’s about creating an experience.
