Job Title: Catering Manager
Location: St Peters High School, Tuffley
Salary: £16.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, term-time only (39 weeks per year), no evenings or weekends
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the location complies with statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation.
2. Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding client and customer expectations.
3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the location, supervise teams, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans.
4. Operate the 6th form cafe area to a standard comparable with high street establishments.
5. Act as the main point of contact for the client within the school, recommending and implementing adjustments and improvements.
6. Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets, ensuring achievement.
7. Support and train team members, lead by example, ensure completion of training, and manage performance.
