Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, based in London. The HR Manager will lead and execute key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Daily responsibilities include shaping HR policies, managing employee engagement initiatives, advising on HR best practices, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with all staff, addressing workplace concerns, identifying training opportunities, and driving a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Experience in Recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
* Proficient in HR policy development, compliance, and labor law knowledge
* Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills, with the ability to resolve workplace concerns professionally
* Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines
* Familiarity with performance management and implementing training programs
* Strong communication and presentation skills to lead and motivate teams
* Proven experience in building and maintaining an inclusive, supportive workplace culture
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
* CIPD qualification or equivalent certification is advantageous
