Job advert: Labourer (Temporary, Full Time)

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is currently seeking energetic individuals to join their team as Labourers. This is a temporary position with a contract length of 3 months, offering an attractive hourly rate starting from £15.59. If you have a strong safety-driven mindset, a proactive nature, and experience in manual handling, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line
* Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines into lorries or C store warehousing
* Ensure adherence to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
* Collaborate with the team to achieve overall operational excellence
* Take on any additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line
What You Bring:
* Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
* A proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
* Experience with lifting and slinging, cranes and other lifting machinery (onsite refresh training will be provided)
* Current Driving Licence with less than 6 points
