Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a well organised and self motivated HR administrator to join a fast paced law firm to support their property platform based in Birmingham city centre.
The Role:
Provide administrative support throughout the whole employee life cycle
Managing the attendance process
Supporting the onboaring process
Compiling new starter paperwork
Assist HR BP, HR advisor and Assistant HR advisor with meetingsThe Person:
Strong team player
Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
Previous administration experience
Good knowledge of IT
Excellent communication and telephone mannerThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR skill set in a national law firm
