Delegate Sales Executive (Contract) Location: Richmond, London (Hybrid - Mondays & Thursdays in office, flexibility available) Pay Rate: £120 - £140 per day Contract: ASAP start - April 2026 (6-7 months, potential extension/permanent roles) Hours: 35 hours per week Morson Edge is recruiting for our client for two motivated and confident Delegate Sales Executives to support ticket sales for an international conference taking place in Cannes on 3rd and 4th November. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile event within the luxury sector, with potential for further opportunities or a permanent role for strong performers. The Role You will be responsible for driving delegate ticket sales by proactively engaging with prospective attendees and promoting the value of the conference. Conduct outbound calls to a targeted lead list to generate ticket sales Use LinkedIn and other tools to identify and engage new prospects Clearly communicate the value proposition of the event to potential delegates Build and manage a pipeline of leads, following up to convert interest into sales Maintain accurate records of activity and progress About You Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or business development role Confident making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects Resilient, persuasive, and target-driven Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach Experience selling events or conferences is desirable but not essential Additional Information One-stage virtual interview process Hybrid working model with flexibility Opportunity for contract extension or future roles based on performance If you are a proactive salesperson who enjoys building relationships and driving results, we would like to hear from you.
