Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in Finance, HR, or both? Do you enjoy working as part of a supportive team?
We are looking for a dedicated Finance and HR Manager to join a welcoming and nurturing primary school community on a maternity cover contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing financial administration, purchase orders and invoices
* Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting information
* Supporting HR processes including recruitment, DBS checks and staff records
* Monitoring and recording staff absences and leave
* Producing reports and analysing absence data
* Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Preparing correspondence and administrative documentation
* Providing general Finance and HR support across the school
What We’re Looking For
We’re Keen To Hear From Candidates Who Have
* Previous experience in Finance, HR or Administration
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* A positive, flexible and self‑motivated approach
* Good IT and data management skills
* School‑based experience is desirable but not essential

Working Pattern
* 10 hours per week
* Ideally 2 hours per day across 5 days
* Flexible arrangements available and hours can potentially be worked across 3 days to suit the successful candidate
