Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
6. Prepare and process HR documentation such as contracts and onboarding materials.
7. Respond to HR-related queries and provide information when required.
8. Assist in organising training sessions and employee engagement activities.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
10. Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in a HR role within a school.
12. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
14. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. A proactive approach to managing tasks and problem-solving.
