Government Advisory Employment Lawyer
Locum Contract : Full Time 12 months+
National Rate : £30 PAYE (annual equivalent of £59,200)
London Rate : £31 (annual equivalent of £61,200)
Central London, Manchester, Leeds or Bristol
Hybrid-Working
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a specialist Central Government department. My client is looking for a passionate well-versed individual who has extensive knowledge of Employment Law, with previous employment advisory experience to deal with Employment law reform and making legislation.
This a fantastic opportunity to gain really interesting government advisory experience within an exciting department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing Employment advice in relation to Employment Law
* Shaping Public Law reform
* Providing advice on employment status
* Working on policy to make legislation
Required Skills and Experience
* A UK qualified solicitor or barrister
* Extensive knowledge of Employment Law
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of a busy advisory caseload, with considerable autonomy
* A good drafting and written ability
