Experience Required * Proven track record within prime residential projects. * Confident managing clients who are frequently present on site. * Skilled at driving subcontractors to deliver exceptional standards, minimising remedials and ensuring programme dates are met. Core Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring outstanding quality in workmanship and materials. * Liaise closely with the QS on stock and procurement. * Report on progress during weekly meetings with the Contracts Manager, feeding updates directly to the client.
