Our client is seeking an experienced People Partner to support managers and employees across the business. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR project delivery. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting positive people management practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert HR generalist advice and employment law guidance
* Manage employee relations cases end-to-end
* Support and coach managers on performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
* Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activity
* Contribute to strategic people initiatives and HR projects
* Champion culture and drive improvements in people management practices
* Build strong relationships with operational leaders to support business needs
* Support continuous improvement and sharing of best practice
About You
* Strong HR generalist background with experience supporting operational managers
* Proven experience in employee relations and project delivery
* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Confident advising on employment law and best practice
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to manage a demanding workload and work to deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Committed to continuous professional development
* A background in Automotive desirable
* Understanding of the education sector
* Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience required.
