Vertu Ford Kings Norton
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Ford Kings Norton. This role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with the opportunity to earn significant commission that can deliver earnings well in excess of our on‑target level of £45,000.
In addition to delivering great earnings potential we will also deliver true work‑life balance. You will work a 40‑hour week, (five 8‑hour shifts per week), will be most Saturday shift and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can sit back and relax on this day every week.
As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, offering customers a premium experience every step of the way. You’ll receive full training and a thorough onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earning potential. As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience, from the first point of contact to the final handshake, and be responsible for organising the end‑to‑end customer journey.
Requirements
* Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driver’s licence (manual and automatic)
