Summary
We're looking for ahands-on Team Lead / Site Manager to work alongside our crew on-site, lead by example, and ensure all jobs are delivered to a high standard. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence within our exterior cleaning projects. You'll also act as the link between the team on-site, our office manager, and clients.
What you'll do:
* Carry out exterior cleaning tasks (roof cleaning, gutter work, pressure washing, windows, etc.)
* Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 3 operatives on-site
* Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
* Handle client issues or complaints professionally on-site
* Work closely with our office manager on scheduling and feedback
* Oversee daily operations and coordinate cleaning schedules.
* Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in exterior cleaning, roofing, or pressure washing (preferred)
* Previous team leader or supervisor experience (preferred)
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Full UK driving licence with no points (essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physically fit and confident working at height
* Professional, reliable, and client-focused
What We Offer
£30,000 – £34,000 per year (depending on experience)
