We are looking to recruit Stock Condition Surveyors / Site Managers to join our dynamic, successful, and growing team based in our office in Tottenham, N17 9QP.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team within the Planned Works Hub on the L&Q Framework and be part of the Validation Works team to build the following 2-year work programmes.
You will visit and survey clients' property stock, identifying required refurbishment works that need to be completed shortly. All duties will be carried out in accordance with our best practice and governance standards. You will ensure all business objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget restraints, while supporting the bid and business development process.
With a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs, you will manage and maximize operational service delivery and productivity, promoting a focus on quality assurance, service accessibility, and responsiveness. You will also maximize client involvement and feedback.
About You
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, with an understanding of profit and loss accounting, budget management, and familiarity with SharePoint & EasyBopsystems or similar task management services. Knowledge of responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance services is essential. You should have excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver excellent services to our customers.
