Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service department. Within this role you will be managing a team of 5 people and you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve customer service throughout the business.
Duties to Include:
* Managing a small team of 5
* Implementing policies, procedures and best practices
* Providing coaching and and training
* KPI management
* Working with the marketing team to enhance brand experience
Experience/Skills Required:
* 3- 5 years of experience in customer service with at least 2 years in a managerial role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good analysis skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM systems
* Experience in process improvement
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday
